Delivery Details

We have partnered with courier service/s to deliver products to customers. If the website and Hausberg receives order after 2:00 pm, then its next day will be considered as the first day of delivery / shipping duration. Our deliver service partners work on all days of the week but we do not guarantee delivery on Sunday and on any holidays (including national holidays).

Our delivery service providers will make two attempts to deliver your order to you. Further to which the order will be returned back to us. In this situation we can refund your order amount but we will be charging ₹250 restocking fee will be deducted per product from your refund amount.

Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to

  1. bad weather
  2. flight delays
  3. political disruptions
  4. other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, the delivery might get delayed. The company and the website will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery

We regret to inform you that we do not have international shipping through the website.

We request you to contact us at [email protected], in case of any bulk orders and we can possibly make some special arrangements for you.

Responsibility on post delivery

Once the user receives the ordered products, the user will be responsible for title and risk of loss for the ordered products.

Returns & Refund Policy

If you receive a damaged or wrong product let us know and we’ll reship at no extra cost for you.

In case of non food:

Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition upon return which includes all price tags, labels, accessories, original packing and the invoice along with the product. And in the case of any manufacturing defects we require the original packing, accessories and invoice even though the product may have been used by you. Once we have the received the returned shipment and your return has been processed, your refund amount will be processed immediately. However, kindly note that some banks take from 7 days to 21 days to complete the refund process.

Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

  1. Damages due to misuse of product;
  2. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
  3. Any consumable item which has been used/installed;
  4. Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers;
  5. Digital products/services
  6. Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
  7. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered;
  8. Personalised products with laser etching will strictly not be considered for Returns or any Refunds.

Cancellation of orders by the user, website and the company

For any fraudulent activity, Hausberg and the website reserves the right to cancel all past, pending and future orders without any liability. Hausberg and the website also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on website, stock unavailability, bulk orders and incomplete information or address provided by the user. The user’s internet protocol (IP) will be logged when placing an order. This is for reasons of fraud protection. Account for the customers falling in fraudulent or loss to business category may be blocked.

Cancellation and return:

We have a 5 day return policy if:

  • If there is any manufacturing defect which is hampering the optimal intended use for our products
  • If you have received product in a damaged condition; in this case you need to inform us about the condition within 24 hours of receipt of your order by you.

The following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Damages due to misuse of product
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
  • Any consumable item which has been used/installed
  • Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers
  • Digital products/services
  • Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
  • Performance related issues like heat retention and leak prevention which vary from user to user
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered
