Rewards Points Program

We may offer a rewards points program that allows eligible customers to earn points on qualifying purchases and activities on our website. Participation in the rewards program is subject to these Terms and any additional program rules communicated to customers.

Earning Points

Rewards points may be earned through qualifying purchases or other activities specified by Hausberg from time to time. The number of points awarded may vary depending on the product, order value, promotional campaign, or activity.

Points will generally be credited to the customer's account after the applicable order has been successfully delivered and is no longer subject to cancellation or adjustment.

We reserve the right to exclude certain products, orders, promotions, or transactions from earning rewards points.

Using Rewards Points

Accumulated points may be redeemed for eligible rewards, discounts, or other benefits made available through our website.

Rewards points:

Have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged between customer accounts.
Cannot be combined with other accounts unless expressly permitted by us.
May be subject to minimum redemption requirements or other conditions.
May not be used to purchase certain products or services where specified by us.

Cancellations, Refunds and Points

If an order for which rewards points were earned is cancelled, refunded, returned, or otherwise reversed, any points awarded in connection with that order may be deducted from the customer's rewards balance.

If points have already been redeemed and the underlying transaction is subsequently cancelled or refunded, we reserve the right to reverse the corresponding points or adjust the customer's rewards balance accordingly.

Expiry of Points

Rewards points may expire after a period specified by Hausberg. Any applicable expiry period will be communicated to customers through the website, rewards program, or other appropriate communication.

Expired points cannot be reinstated unless we choose to do so at our discretion.

Changes or Termination of the Rewards Program

Hausberg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the rewards points program, including the earning and redemption structure, at any time, subject to applicable law.

We may also cancel or adjust rewards points where we reasonably believe that points were earned through an error, fraudulent activity, misuse of the program, or violation of these Terms.

If the rewards program is discontinued, we may specify a period during which customers can redeem eligible points.

Misuse of Rewards Points

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a customer's participation in the rewards program and cancel accumulated points if we reasonably believe the program has been misused, manipulated, or used fraudulently.

Rewards points are provided as a customer benefit and do not constitute cash, stored value, or a deposit.
